TERRA DEGLI ULIVI · Carone oil since 1960
The company and its
culture for the land.
IN GRATITUDE FOR THE FRUIT THE LAND PROVIDES
Our roots
The land that
He made us part of his family.
Olio Carone is rooted in the heart of the Bari basin, at the foot of the Murgia hills, among the olive groves of Toritto, Grumo Appula and Palo del Colle. Here, the mild climate, mineral-rich soil and Maestrale breezes favour olive growing. The groves have an authentic character, deeply connected to the Apulian landscape.

From the olive to the oil
Roots growing since 1960.
In the 1960s, Donato Carone began a farming venture built on quality and respect for nature. It was guided by a strong entrepreneurial vision and a deep-rooted farming tradition. On land that was once bare, the Carone family patiently planted historic local varieties, including Cima di Corato, Ogliarola and Carolea. Since then, the family has grown an estate of 30,000 olive trees, all supported by irrigation systems, which remain at the heart of the company today.
Our roots
The authentic character of the Murgia
The combination of these varieties produces an elegant, distinctive extra virgin olive oil that expresses the identity of the Murgia. Smooth yet full of character, with notes of fresh artichoke, green tomato and freshly cut grass. Its colour ranges from bright green to golden yellow, reflecting the freshness and excellence of the olives.

Care has a beginning.
Every olive tells a story of place, time and dedication.

Here, the mild climate, mineral-rich soil and mistral breezes favour olive cultivation. The groves have an authentic character, deeply connected to the land of Puglia.
